Penned by Crittenden and Allan, Girl Waits With Gun is inspired by the true story of Constance Kopp who, years before women had the right to vote, own property or even wear pants, became the first female sheriff in the United States in 1914. Crittenden and Allan executive produce with Banks and Handelman for Brownstone in association with Warner Bros. TV and Amazon Studios.
